Tim Combs
President
Tim is the President of Intech Anchoring and has 25 years of experience in the Civil Engineering and Geostructural Industry. Tim has developed extensive industry knowledge by working to support the needs of specialty contractors at each and every business level. Tim’s diverse industry background has given him exposure to a wide variety civil construction projects, ranging from the simplest residential applications to the most complex commercial and industrial projects. Coupled with a highly skilled and educated team, Tim focuses on providing the highest quality products and solutions to Intech Anchoring’s customers in order to consistently exceed expectations.
Bill Sears
National Sales Manager
Bill is the National Sales Manager for Intech Anchoring and has a passion to assist customers and business partners in growing their businesses. Bill lives in the St. Louis area and has over 25 years of experience in developing business with business partners.
Josh Flowers
General Manager
Josh came to Intech with 10 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. He also invested 6 years in the Brazilian Amazon, completing community development work. Josh’s diverse experiences allow him to analyze customers’ needs and respond with innovative insights to maximize their success. Josh’s goal is to leverage the overall team effort of Intech to provide exemplary customer support.
Jim Clements
Assistant General Manager
Jim brings over 20 years of customer service experience to Intech. He spent the past 10 years with a wholesale company in the steel construction industry and was highly involved in sales and managed operations. Jim has a passion for delivering the best possible customer experience to Intech’s customers, from the first point of contact to product delivery and customer service. Until now, Jim would spend his free time at his two children’s various sporting events as they were both highly involved in sports. Now, they both attend college and serve our country with the U.S. Navy Reserve and R.O.T.C. Jim will now be spending his time finding new hobbies and attending his son’s college track meets.
Jessica Taylor
Product Manager
Jessica currently serves as Product Manager and has 14 years of experience in new product development, program management, and OEM sales. She holds a BS in Engineering Physics as well as an MBA and is a multi-patented engineer. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and baking.
Joe Kamper
Midwest Regional Sales Manager
Joe serves as the Midwest Regional Sales Manager for Intech Anchoring and lives in Joliet, IL. Joe has over 10 years of experience in both sales and labor in the construction field. He brings high energy and willingness to learn. Outside of work, he is deeply involved with Illinois and USA Water Polo, playing guitar, and spending time with his family!
Michael Pappas
Ohio Valley Regional Sales Manager
Michael serves as the Ohio Valley BDM at Intech Anchoring Systems and lives outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. Michael’s background includes over 15 years of direct and distributor sales experience assisting end-uses, contractors, project managers, and executives. Michael prides himself in demonstrating value to our partners and delivering results that exceed expectations. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, watching sports, and golfing.
Andrew Petty
Inside Sales Representative
Andrew is an Inside Sales Representative for Intech and covers much of the western region of the U.S. He brings 5 years of sales experience and he enjoys helping business partners solve problems with the high quality materials and services offered by Intech. In his free time Andrew enjoys golfing, playing sand volleyball, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with his dog.
Cory Spohn
Regional Sales Manager
Cory comes to Intech Anchoring Systems with over 13 years of building materials business development experience. He has covered it from a distributor and direct retail side (district manager) as well as managing commercial construction companies. He has 6 years of manufacturing industry experience from a business development side, as well as a national account manager. Cory has degrees in business administration, business operations, and business entrepreneurship. In his free time, Cory enjoys being with his family, running and exercise, boating and outdoors, and real estate.
Joe Zellerman
Mid-West Regional Sales Manager
Joe brings over 25 years of athletic field maintenance experience to the Hydraway team. He advocates for customers and business partners to have quality products, services, and a great experience to help facilitate their growing business. He spends his free time playing baseball and golf. He also enjoys fishing with his daughters and friends.
Mark Thompson
East Regional Sales Manager
Mark brings over 30 years of business experience in distribution, logistics, and banking. Always advocating for customers and business partners to have quality products, services, and a great experience to help lead in growing their businesses. He spends his free time most often golfing with his two sons, biking, and playing his guitars.
LJ Davis
Northeast Regional Sales Manager
LJ is a graduate of South Carolina State University where he got his undergraduate degrees in Math and Graphic Design. He is also a three-time MECA conference champion with the Bulldog football team. LJ brings over 10 years of experience in construction sales. In his free time, he has a passion for playing bass guitar and loves to travel and spend time with his friends and family.
Sam Pappas, P.E.
Senior Application Engineer, P.E.
Sam is an Application Engineer with consulting engineering experience. He has worked on various types of projects ranging from civil site design, transportation, and structural design. He has his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from St. Louis University and has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a geotechnical focus from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville. When the workday ends, Sam spends his free time with photography, working on cars, and golfing.
Austin Lawrence, P.E.
Application Engineer
Austin is an experienced Application Engineer, specializing in consulting engineering, construction inspection, and transportation design for over seven years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Austin’s expertise allows him to develop innovative applications and solutions, ensuring optimal performance and successful project implementation for our partners. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his family, working on house projects, going on car cruises, and photographing weddings.
Kayden McCullough
Application Engineer
Kayden is an Application Engineer for Intech. He recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from St. Louis University and is continuing to get his Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural focus from St. Louis University as well. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, cooking, and golfing.
Jeff Pratt
Marketing Assistant
Jeff is our resident photographer and videographer and has been specializing in these arts for nearly a decade. He also specializes in 3D animation. When not designing or editing, his hobbies include flying drones, soccer, hiking, and restoring electronics.
Matt Hibbits
Marketing & Sales Assistant
Matt is a valuable member of our Intech Anchoring Team, where he fulfills the role of Marketing and Sales assistant. His skills in graphic design and creating captivating social media content greatly benefit our team. In his free time, Matt indulges in his artistic pursuits, enjoys swimming, playing the guitar, and cherishes moments spent with loved ones.
Nicholas Woodcock
Inventory Manager
Nicholas is an experienced Inventory Manager recognized for proficiently overseeing shipping, receiving, and inventory control, while tracking relevant KPIs. With a track record of mentoring teams and cultivating a positive work culture, Nicholas possesses a diverse skill set, including SOP writing, material handling expertise, and an unwavering commitment to ensuring efficient inventory operations. Nicholas resides in St. Louis and loves cherishing moments exploring the city’s attractions with his wife and two daughters. He is also currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University. When he isn’t studying or spending time with his family, he loves to tinker with computer hardware and software.
Jerri Allen
Administrative Assistant
Jerri comes to Intech with an extensive background in Customer Service. Prior to Intech, Jerri worked for a major insurance company as a customer advocate. She enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, and pets. She and her husband love to spend time in the Smokey Mountains where they hope to retire someday.
Cris Landgraf
Operations Manager
Cris currently serves as Intech’s Operations Manager and brings several decades of experience in construction, purchasing, transportation, logistics, management, and sales. This diverse set of skills and expertise enables him to elevate the production and efficiency of our operations. Outside of Intech, Cris enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a professional golfer and bass fisherman.
